DDCE welcomes new staff

We’re delighted to welcome David Newton and Dawn Ward to our team at DDCE as we expand our work to develop community energy across Derbyshire.

David joins as our new Manager, bringing a strong background in community engagement, dialogue and organisational strategy.

Dawn joins as our new Coordinator, with deep experience as a renewable energy specialist and a history of working within research, design and management.

DDCE is continuing our work to scope and install community-owned renewable energy in the Derbyshire Dales and to support energy efficiency, as well as hosting the Derbyshire Community Energy Hub – a collaborative network of community energy organisations across Derbyshire.

These new roles have been made possible with support from Community Energy Pathways and a grant from the National Lottery.
