DDCE is collaborating with Bakewell Climate Action to bring a PEB screening to Bakewell.

The film presents a clear, measured overview of how the climate and nature crisis is affecting everyday life in Britain, and what the evidence says about risks and responses. It also highlights the solutions we need to adopt. It features footage from last November’s National Emergency Briefing, which brought together experts in climate science, biodiversity, food security, health, economics and national security.

The screening will be attended by our local MP, John Whitby, and there will be an opportunity to hear about the regenerative work that is already being done in the local area. The evening will conclude with a discussion and there are opportunities for engagement for all ages and skillsets. Join us to harness the power of thinking globally and acting locally!
